BIOGRAPHIE
Né en 1987, il étudie le commerce international en France, en Chine et à Taïwan, puis travaille pour de grands groupes en Hollande et en Angleterre. Passionné d’art et d’histoire qu’il apprend en autodidacte, il dessine depuis son plus jeune âge et étudie par la suite l’architecture d’intérieur, dont il obtient le titre reconnu au Conseil Français d’Architecture d’Intérieur (CFAI). En 2019, il fonde son propre cabinet d’architecture d’intérieur et de design de mobilier. Il accompagne en outre la création du collectif d'artisans d'art Rhizome avec qui il entreprend la création d’une collection de mobilier d’exception.
Sébastien Coudert-Maugendre, architecte d'intérieur et designer basé à Paris, établit un dialogue entre design, architecture, matériaux et artisanats dans les espaces et objets qu'il crée. Passionné d'art et d'histoire, son travail interroge notre rapport au temps, mêlant techniques et sensibilités anciennes et modernes dans son propre vocabulaire de design contemporain.
