  • Hand wash glasses only

    Please note the following instructions for cleaning these items:
    We recommend hand washing!

    When washing dishes, never put more than one glass or glass item at a time in the sink.

    After cleaning, the glasses should preferably dry for a while in a drip tray, because wet glass tends to adhere to the cloth, which increases the risk of breakage.

    Once dry, the glass must be immediately polished so that no residue of soap or clear water can leave marks.

  • Collection in store is free.

    The Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated in France by the Buyer when ordering. The Purchaser must ensure its accuracy.

    Except in cases of force majeure or during closing periods clearly announced by GALERIE DES LYONS, the Products in stock are dispatched within seven (7) days following the date of registration of the order, indicated on the email summary of the order addressed to the Buyer.

    In the event that the Product is not in stock, GALERIES DES LYONS will inform the Purchaser of the time within which the Product should be dispatched, it being specified that certain Products require several weeks for the craftsmen to make them.
