With its many specialties, the Carré Rive Gauche is one of the most important art districts in the world. From December 1 to 24, 2020, the windows of its galleries are decked out in their finest finery to celebrate the end of year celebrations. Between rue du Bac and rue de Beaune, rue de Lille and rue des Saints Pères via rue de Verneuil to quai Voltaire, antique dealers and gallery owners are once again preparing to welcome visitors in search of works of art. art and rare objects.
Intriguing Egyptian amulet, ancient Roman bust, precious Haute Epoque cabinet, flamboyant candelabrum, rare medieval key, fine Chinese porcelain, romantic portrait, scientific and marine objects, gadget canes, sculptures and contemporary works... is 7,000 years of history that parade through a hundred galleries grouped together in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
To meet current constraints, the Carré Rive Gauche is extending its Christmas event to its website www.carrerivegauche.com. This digital showcase presents a selection of works and objects offered by Carré merchants, with the possibility of making online purchases "click & collect", "call & collect"... A site which is available in French, in English and Chinese in a 100% responsive version to facilitate navigation on smartphones, tablets and computers.
Alongside this Christmas selection, the site offers a virtual space dedicated to each gallery. With its 10,000 unique visitors each month, the Carré Rive Gauche association wishes to support its digital presence and strengthen the visibility of its galleries on the net by allowing visitors to discover and buy online.
